Terms & Conditions

Services

Grace Bay Cleaning LLC provides commercial and residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • General office cleaning

  • Restroom cleaning and sanitizing

  • Floor care (vacuuming, mopping)

  • Trash removal

  • Surface disinfection

  • Add-on services (e.g., window cleaning)

Services will be performed according to the agreed schedule and scope outlined in the estimate, proposal, or service agreement.

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the information provided by the Client (e.g., square footage, number of rooms, condition of space).

  • Prices may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from what was initially represented.

  • Add-on services are billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the terms specified in the invoice or service agreement.

  • Monthly service plans are typically billed in advance.

  • Late payments may be subject to service suspension or termination.

  • The Client is responsible for any applicable transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees, if applicable).

Access to Property

The Client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled service times. If access is not provided:

  • The scheduled service may be skipped

  • A service fee may still apply

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive to deliver high-quality service. If the Client is not satisfied:

  • The Client must notify us within 24 hours of service completion

  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue

Limitations of Liability

  • Grace Bay Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty or unstable fixtures (e.g., loose shelves, fragile items not properly secured).

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Insurance

  • Grace Bay Cleaning LLC is fully insured. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
    We may also add clients as additional insured parties when required by contract.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the service agreement (typically 30 days’ notice unless otherwise stated).

  • Immediate termination may occur in cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Breach of agreement
